Delivery Policy
We endeavour to dispatch all goods within 2 - 3 working days by
Courier. If an item is out of stock we will contact you
within 24 hours, if you wish to place the item on back order please
allow 14-21 days for goods that are out of stock. If you
require your item urgently please feel free to contact us on 0141
332 1041 for an estimated delivery time as many items can be
dispatched for next day delivery.
We cannot deliver outside the UK, including BFPO addresses
unless you contact us for approval. We also reserve the right not
to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for
example, to a communal postal address or PO Box.
ITEMS OUT OF STOCK; Customers will receive an
email within 2 working days to offer an alternative item or
approximate delivery time.
We maintain a large stock of goods but if any part of an order
is temporarily out of stock the remainder of the order, if
applicable, will be shipped and an e-mail advice sent to the
customer advising an estimated delivery date for any missing
items.
Upon clearance of full payment, and subject to availability the
ordered goods will be dispatched to the address quoted by the
customer. We accept no liability for undelivered or misdelivered
items due to the customer supplying incorrect address details.
All our deliveries are dispatched via courier. These may
be delivered anytime between 8am
and 6pm. All deliveries
MUST be signed for. If you are out at the time of delivery
our courier (APC) will leave a card for you to arrange a suitable
re-delivery time, you will not be charged extra for
this.
Postage & Packing
Mainland UK - £5.95 (Ex vat) Orders over £200
to UK mainland are eligible for free postage, exludes Scottish
Highlands.
Channel Islands (Which includes Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Wight)

We reserve the right to amend postage & packing prices as
appropriate.
Damaged or Undelivered Goods
Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery prior to
signing for acceptance. In the event that goods are missing or
damaged on arrival please specify against your signature and inform
us immediately, within 3 working days, otherwise no claim can be
considered. If our courier is unable to deliver your purchase
after 5 working days we will recall the item to our store and a
refund will be issued to your card. This refund will be less
your original shipping charge of £6.00 + VAT and also less a
recalled item fee of an additional £6.
