Availability
All products and services are subject to availability and may be
withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order.
If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and offered
an alternative. If we are unable to fulfil an order in its
entirety, we will be happy to part dispatch items if the total
value of the order is £100 or more.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You
will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if
you would rather not wait; however, many of the items are available
in a matter of days.

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all
other intellectual property rights in all material or content
supplied as part of the Website shall remain at all times vested in
us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as
expressly authorised by us or our licensors.
You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained
within this website is made available only for your personal
non-commercial use and that you may download such material and
content onto only one computer hard drive only if needed to make a
purchase. Any other use of the material and content of the website
is prohibited. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or

Description of products
The products sold on this website are subject to the Product
Description which sets out conditions related to the sale of that
item. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details
and prices of products appearing on this website are correct at the
time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible,
information appearing on this website at a particular time may not
always reflect the exact situation at the moment you place your
order. We cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is
accepted and confirmed.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and Handling for International orders postage may vary
from quoted price, certain products such as Barbour jackets cannot
be sold internationally.
*** Please note that orders may take between 7 to 8 working days
(Monday-Friday) to be despatched. This is due to a high volume of
orders. A Premium delivery service is always available, please
contact us for details. Thank you for your patience. ***
Please note that on delivery if no one is in to receive the
parcel a delivery slip will be issued for you to contact the
courier to re-arrange a delivery time, you will not be charged for
this. Our courier of choice is APC couriers.
48 hour delivery orders can be place on Monday to Thursday only.
Any next day orders received outside this time will normally be
despatched on Monday. All orders MUST reach us by 12:00pm AT THE
LATEST to be processed in time to arrive within 48 hours.
Non acceptance of orders
There may be occasions on which we are unable to accept the
order you have placed and this may be due to the following
reasons:
- The product you ordered is not in stock or not in a saleable
state
- We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment
- There is a pricing or product description error
- You have not met the criteria set out in the main Terms &
Conditions

We accept payment by any of the following cards:
Pricing
All prices are correct at time of publication. Prices include
VAT at 17.5% and exclude our delivery charge unless otherwise
stated.
Occasionally we run short term price promotions, offering
exceptional discounts on specified products on the website. Once
these promotions have finished the products will only be available
at the price stated and not the previous discounted price.
Prices offered on the website may not necessarily reflect prices
on the same products in our stores. We reserve the right to offer
special website prices to our online customers that will not be
offered if the product is purchased in one of our stores.
Offensive Weapons Act
Under the Offensive Weapons Act, it is an offence to sell
knives, knife blades or any other product that may be perceived as
an offensive weapon to persons under the age of 18. These products
are only available for customers aged 18 or over. Customers should
not order these items for persons under 18.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to our terms and
conditions of sale and hence confirm that you are over 18 years of
age and can legally purchase products covered by the Offensive
Weapons Act.
Substances not available for delivery
We do not deliver any liquids or gaseous substances due to
strict guidelines set out by our carriers. This means that any
product that requires accessories that use liquids or gases can not
be provided by our home delivery service. For example, we do not
deliver butane cylinders for gas barbecues.
If you do need to purchase liquids or gases from Crockets, you can
do so from our stores located in central Scotland, please see
the "Our Stores" section to find your nearest store.
Complaints
Should you have a complaint about any product purchased from us,
or about our web site please address this to info@crockets.co.uk
or see the "contact us" section of the site for additional
contact details.
We will review and acknowledge your complaint by email or letter
within five working days. We aim to resolve all complaints within
14 days of receipt, you will receive a full reply by email or
letter. If your complaint takes longer than expected to resolve we
will keep you informed of our progress as we investigate the
relevant issues.
With this being a United Kingdom based e-commerce site, in
situations of legal matter the UK law is the applicable law.
